1. Check all paths to the images. They all should be correct. Remember about correct extensions (not always .JPG = .jpg)
2. Check syntax of the XML file. You can find this specific structure in documentation in issue “XML File Format” or on our web-site (http://flash-gallery.com/help/ - choose your gallery):
3. If you have changed the name of your XML file or have placed this file outside your web-page folder then, do not forget to write this path in special parameter in:

         "flashvars" (if You use SWF-Object) or
         Component Inspector in Adobe Flash (if You use Flash-Component).
